We only collect information you give us directly through the site:
· Booking request form — your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred property, travel dates, group size, and any message you include.
· Mailing-list signup — your email address.
· Emails you send us — the content of any message you send to [email protected].
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics to profile visitors.
How we use it
· To reply to your booking inquiry and process your reservation.
· To send occasional updates about availability, seasonal specials, or news about our properties — only if you signed up for the mailing list.

Who processes it
The site's contact and booking forms are delivered via FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service. Submissions travel through FormSubmit's servers and land in our Gmail inbox at [email protected]. FormSubmit's privacy policy is available at formsubmit.co.
Our email is hosted by Google (Gmail); their handling of email data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
For confirmed reservations, we may also use property-management tools (such as Lodgify) to manage the calendar and guest communication. These tools store your reservation details only for as long as needed to service your stay.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share information only where necessary to service your booking — for example, sending your name and arrival time to our cleaning team, or providing your details to local authorities if required by law.
How long we keep it
· Booking inquiries that don't turn into reservations: 12 months, then deleted.
· Confirmed reservations: kept for 7 years for tax and legal records.
· Mailing-list emails: kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can email us at any time to:
· Ask what information we have about you.
· Correct information that's wrong.
· Ask us to delete your information (subject to any legal or tax retention we must keep).
· Unsubscribe from the mailing list — every email we send you also has an unsubscribe link.

Children
The site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
